Has anyone tried this product? Any reviews?

i've been doing some reading about it on the web. it sounds like a miracle supplement. it increases protein synthesis whlile decreasing protein breakdown and shortens recovery time between workouts. studies also show benefits for aerobic performance. its hard to believe these publications when i never hear about the supp.

ehhh, tried it once a while ago, but wasn't as serious as i am now, it is something I am looking into taking in the future. There are supplements that do the same thing along with other functions, more and more companies are trying to do it in order to increase anabolism in the body.

HMB is a metabolite of leucine which is why the bold bit is the same as what BCAAs are supposed to do. There has also been studies done which said it did nothing so its up to you if you buy it or not but dont expect to do anything significant. imo its a waste of money like zma and I wouldnt buy it, but theres no harm in trying it out I suppose.
