Alright I have been bodybuilding for about a month and a week. And my dedication is slowly paying off. Now Im getting a little more serious and started my stack today. What do you think?

-Multi-V
-100% whey
-fish oils
-Creatine Mono

Pretty Basic.

I don't believe in the "powder that will make u HUGE". Just need some essential supplements for my diet.

glad to see it is a basic nutrition stack stick with it for a year or two before getting any of the fancy stuff. It will help you not to get tempted if you dont read muscle mags.

Yup def a good stack here, simple and effective. Cosign with under construction here, wait a while before buying anything else other than bcaas or glutamine but ON 100% whey has both so your fine really.

Great stack. Simple. Stay with that for a while. Make sure you're taking them correctly.

true, I agree with orbit, add in some bcaa's, soooo important, other than that, sounds pretty solid, best of luck to you.
