Im starting to bulk up then eventually cut. I need help in how, and what i should be doing in the prosses. I bust my ass in the gym, dont no if i should get protien shakes or what the best ones are for bulking and i dont no if i should take protein supplements. Im looking to just increase muscle mass and weight, i do not want to put on fat or get a gut.
please help!

agreed completely Kaboom, we need to assess what your eating and how much. Please also post how long you've been training, weight, bf% roughly, age, it helps a lot, some of it is necessary to calculate how many calories you need to consume a day.

diet
im a growing man, so i eat carbs and protein and just vegtables. usually 4 times a day. i reckon i dont have an once of body fat on me. Im 16

training
been trainning for about 3 years. just started to get serious now though, i usually use the machines at gym i.e lateral row, seated bench press. shoulders pecs tri bi done with dumbells and then leg press and sometimes cardio at start or finish
get back at me

Well if you dont have any bodyfat thats not healthy. Ecspecialy if your bulking a little bodyfat will help
