I have a 10 pound Cytosport
Complete Whey Protein. The ingredients on the back has a serving size of 1 scoop equals 16 grams of protein and the scoop is equilalent to 22 grams. Now what I have copy and pasted from a website is the BCAA totals in the 1 serving.
Exceptional BCAA to EAA Ratio:
» Total of BCAA (24.2)/Total of EAA (48.1) - 50.3. Tryptophan is a naturally occurring component of whey protein. There is no added free-form tryptophan. (These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.)
How do you have 22 grams in 1 scoop, but it saying 24.2 grams of BCAA in the scoop. IDKKK...Confused
Any help or answer will make my day. haha
