I have been experimenting with a lot of supplements for the past 2 months trying to find what works best for me...i have been
on whey, multivitamins, Kre-Alkalyn, glutamine, and just started drinking the Probolic a few days ago...I thought i would give the Probolic a shot instead of the whey and see if it made much of a difference...I drink my first shake(20g) first thing in the morning along with 3g of glutamine both on a empty stomach...about 45-60 minutes later i eat some breakfast (bowl of cereal, 2-3 egg whites). After breakfast I take 2 multivitamins...After lunch i wait 1 hour for my food to digest then take 1 kre-alkalyn for pre-workout and wait 45-60min to start lifting...Post-workout i drink 1 scoop of Probolic, along with 1 kre-alkalyn and 1.5g of glutamine...after about a hour and a half to two hours later i eat dinner....before bed a drink 1 scoop of Probolic and take 3g more glutamine...That is my routine every day i lift....the days i don't lift nothing changes except instead of taking 2 kre alkalyn, i just take 1...and instead of 7.5g of glutamine im taking 6g...
when i started working out i weighed 166lbs...today my weight is 173-175 (its back and forth all day)...is that a good amount of weight to have gained in 2 months?????im seeing small changes as time goes on but i figured by now i would see a drastic change in my body...I don't know if I'm taking my supps wrong or if there is more that i can do to help the process move slightly faster...
if anyone has any advice please respond...THANKS
