get on a bike, sit in a sauna, and whats going to cut you since you cant do too much cardio is getting your diet in check. i dont know your age so i dont suggest a fat burner such as lipo6.

Hope you're workin hard at developing your physique, but if this is new to you then you dont need to start takin any supplements yet. Focus on diet & training.
For the millionth time, there's no magic potion! Cardio (any type) and diet is how you cut. Sorry for the attitude. But people coming in here saying "what should I take" bothers me.
Kinda hard to lose weight and gain muscle at the same time. Many people do the two step system. Bulk up then lose the excess fat. Its like taking a weight gainer and a fat burner at the same time, they cancel each other out.

My buddy lives in one of the apartment complexes in lake hiawatha/parsippany. Like I said before, I go to bally's in wayne. Too bad we dont go to the same gym.
Your Time........... thats all you need to take and do some research and find out what works best for you.Then start thinking about a few supplements here and there
