You don't need a fat burner at 16. Eat the proper foods during a cut at this age. What you eat now will make a bigger impact on your life, than what a fat burner will.

I don't think it's necessary. If you're going to still, make sure your diet and training are on the nose. Fat burners won't work without the proper cutting diet.

I guess it's 'safe' but not recommended.

trust me dude you don't need it. Your 16, your metabolism is through the roof, really if your going to start cutting around April you have plenty of time to fix your diet and simply do 10-15 minutes of running after you lift. Do that and you'll see the results you want.

^^^Cosign with above, you don't need it, but just for your knowledge it won't hurt you "if" you do decide to use it. Your metabolism is probably high and your bodies natural test levels are high, so the more muscle you put on the lower you bf% is going to get anyways, just diet right and do cardio and you will be fine!

you really don't need it, kind of like above, you don't need it, but it won't hurt you if you take it, if you need to lose A LOT of weight then maybe take it to help you out, but for the average joe not really necessary.

Important note- If your diet is poor, so will the results from the Fat burner.
