See a doc man. And cissus is about 10x better then glucosamine btw. So you have the best stuff out as of right now.

For joints I use glucosamine. For bones you need calcium if thats not obvious.

if that is not working you really should see a doctor man, don't wanna mess up anything that could permantly damage you. Get some xrays done.

Yeah bro, especially your knee- not something to mess with. Any type of further pressure can lead to a more serious injury. My mom has bad knees, trust me you want to make sure you get it fixed ASAP.

yeah my friend has had multiple surgery's due to ligament problems, one time he ripped all of them in 2 pieces in his one knee, and now has cadavor ligaments in the one knee, and then has had screws, bolts and other shit in the other one, so just be careful, get some expert opinion on this, get some x-rays and see what the doc says.

We had a guy who was unable to squat due to knee problems (this was a problem that had been going on for a long long time) and after 3 months of SuperCissus RX he was squatting again.

I would also suggest:
-Doctor (Physiotherapy if necessary)
-Fish Oil
-Universal Animal Flex

Thanks,

Dex
