Is there any worthwhile non-caffeine fat burner?

My guess is no...I just hate the jittery restlessness and have had zero caffeine in my diet for 3+ years. I'd like to do all I can for fat burning, but having a pounding heart and tossing/turning all night is too much...

(Yeah, I know, you cycle on/off, blah blah...it's still just a big jolt to your system).

I've been looking at other fat burners, but all the ones that are well-reviewed are chock full of caffeine...

Hmm, maybe a Green Tea Blend? May not be that big of an impact but can definitely speed up your metabolism some.

Leviathan is best without all the caffeine, each cap has less than 100mg in it, whereas others like Lipo 6 have 200mg per cap, so that's 400mg per serving...That's when jitters start coming in, lol

Yohimbe can give serious palpitations if the user is sensitive to it, so it's not the best choice to take. Yohimbe in small portions is great as far as fat burning is concerned but taking pure Yohimbe supps isn't all that great.

Try Leviathan by PAL (Palo Alto Labs) you'll like it

I talked to the guy at the Vitamin Shoppe when I stopped there and he recommended taking a lot of EFA. His recommendation for improving body composition was 1g of EPA+DHA (fish fatty acids) oil per 10 lb. of lean body mass...if my LBM is around 170 or so, that's 17 teaspoons, or about 6 tablespoons.

Only problem is...6 tablespoons of fish oil is 680 calories...and 77g of fat...and 425mg of cholesterol (136% of RDA)...something tells me this isn't the road to fat loss, unless I'm missing something???

BTW, that would be 12,495mg of EPA + 8,160mg of DHA.

I do take 864mg EPA + 576mg DHA daily in the form of softgels now, which is 50 cals. That's on my doc's advice.

OK, I'll give it a shot. I'm thinking of stacking it with Reset-AD. I really like Palo Alto products and this one sounds interesting and perhaps a good thing to take with a stim.
