Hey there!, i was checking out some sups and i saw this stack in the gaspari website, and i want to know if someone had tried this one, to see if it work or is it worth the money, and what does it does mostly, strength? mass? ripped? thanks for your time!

had good gains from it, definately good products. Wouldn't order it from the gaspari website, you pay a premium, check out OrbitNutrition he is a sponsor on here and his prices are really good!

how much gains tall?? I'm 23 so it should be OK to take it, because i read that at least you should be 21 so i guess there's no problem.

I gained about 15lbs in a month with a decent diet, probably would have been better if I cleaned it up a bit

what did you ate in your diet??? just to give me an idea, and did you felt any side effects with novadex??

no, no side effects, I ate egg whites, chicken, fish, oatmeal, steak, veggies, whey shakes, casein shakes, pizza, tuna melts, chicken melts, quizzno's, salads, brown rice, IDS Smartgainer (post workout only), BSN Truemass, penut butter and jelly sandwiches, homemade burgers, and some other stuff I just can't seem to remember now.

I liked the effect of the nolvadex, it gave me a rise in natural free test in the system and gave me some decent strength gains.
