its good for joint pain, I have taken it in the past and felt some difference from taking it, what joints are hurting and are you sure you are lifting correctly? Sometimes the slightest alteration in a movement can cause pain or no pain.

Well my uncle took it and didnt really do much untill he mega dossed it. So i suggested cissus to him and it has worked wonders. Plus doc's in asia are giving it to people who had knee/joint surgerys to ease the pain. I would suggest research this and give it a go.

I would highly recommend USPLabs SuperCissus RX as it will help repair the damage and reduce the pain. Furthermore, I would suggest that you use Glucosamine and also use fish oil for lubrication of the joint. Hope this helps,

Dex
