Stick to powder creatine monohydrate.

Six Star tastes like ass plus isnt as good as ON or EAS(Can get 6lbs 100% eas whey at sams for $28)

No-xplode is good but you will probally need more than one scoop.

BCAA are fine but ON 1000 BCAA are $25 for 400. Which is a way better deal.

going to have to disagree with you here mm1, the scifit kre-akyline is really good stuff, I know tons of people who used to be mono lovers 100% they tried the kre-akyline and now are completely changed! It really comes to personal preference but people are raving about it. Personally I have some mono coming in because its been a long time since I did just Mono and want to see how I do with it.

I tried a bottle of the kre aklalyn and didnt really respond to it. Same for cee. i just dont really respond well.

Well thats the thing, everyone reacts differently to supps, some people get amazing responses to something and the next will get next to nothing. The people I know who have taken it have gotten amazing gains and love it! So it really depends on the person, but with creatine its really testing to find out which one works the best for you anyways, so a little guess and test is required. The one that almost everyone loves though is Gaspari Size On!

Although this topic is kinda old, id have to STRONGLY disagree with your assertion that Six-Star (black wrapper) Chocolate tastes like ass. I find that it is easily the best tasting protein powder out there from all the flavors and brands i have tried. The price isnt great online, but at Wal-Mart a 2 lb tub costs less than 20 bucks. Pretty good price for protein on a shelf at a store IMO.
