I'll be starting another bulk in a month or two and wanted to know if any of you guys have tried this gainer? I'm a fairly busy student so eating actual food between classes is not always possible, hence the reason I'll be supplementing with a gainer in the first place. TallHardGainer, this is right up your alley, what do you think of its nutritional values Optimum Nutrition Serious Mass 12lb - $37.95 : Orbit Nutrition

Thanks bros

I got that gainer, strawberry flavor blows imo. haven't tried the others tho.
lots of calories, i would only use half a scoop tho at most. cuz the stuff is very clumpy and think. You ever try bringing a hand cooler with you?
might help some to prep food b4 hand and sto it in that.

The days I have class I've got them back-to-back-to-back-to-back, so I don't really have room to carry much more than my books and maybe a shaker. I go to the campus eateries as much as possible but don't always have time between classes, so a quick shake is the most plausible thing to do on my busy days. That's still a good idea though IronWarrior

Thats a beast of a gainer shake. 250 g carbs. I havent used it myself but have heard that its good. I think this will be good for you on the days that access to quality food is difficult. I know how it is on those busy days on campus. Just make sure to adjust the rest of you diet accodingly in regards to the 40g sugar. Kind of high but not really if this is one of your main sources of a meal on those busy days. Hope this helps.

Sorry for the late response, like Orbit said its a beast of a gainer, personally I would say go for it! Since I too am a college student and personally what I ended up doing is carrying a second duffle bag of shakers and supplements with me, this way I got books in one bag and shakes, bars, food, supps in another. Not to mention most professors don't care if you have a little bit of food in the class, especially if its a large lecture hall or something and its not messy (try putting it in tupper ware or something) as far as the gainer goes I have only had a sample of it and it was good, you are definately going to feel it in your stomach, it sits a bit heavy since it really is high in carbs. If your goal is to gain weight, I would probably only recommend you drink 2-3 full servings of that a day, because you will end up gaining too much fat = undesireable. Also, I always recommend IDS Smartgainer for post workout shake, its a great gainer and fast digesting so it really helps get the protein, carbs, AA's, vitamins into your system really fast. , also, since mixing most gainers is a chore in itself, if you have a blender prepare them the night before, mix it up in the blender put it in a shaker and throw it in the fridge, all 2-3 of em' depending on how many you want to take. The IDS Smartgainer mixes really easy though (especially the strawberry-banana flavor, in which I now have an addiction too ) so just take a empty shaker with just the powder in it into the gym and mix in some water after your workout right after your done, shake and enjoy!

Let me know if you got anymore questions!
