NO Shotgun

A guy at work gave me a sample packet of this stuff. I tried to mix it with some diet v8 splash and it just clumps up BAD. I only did half the pack because the clumping is so bad. Is this normal with this product? It is like oil and water, they just don't mix.

The packet says to mix it with water or your favorite beverage. That means it can be something other than water. Given that I have read how bad this stuff is supposed to taste I used diet V8 splash to cover the taste. So, are the directions wrong on this thing?

When I do it again Ill mix it with water and see what happens

Thats what it says with protein but try mixing it with something like Orange juice. Youl have 4oz of a drink and the rest of the cup will be filled with foam.

It tastes bad enough in water I cant imagine mixing it with another flavored drink. Might have been the type of acid in the V8 reacting with it. Just mix with water and take it like a man, LOL! Hope you enjoy the taste of gasoline.

yeah sometimes you have to just suck it up. focus on what the product does not what it taste like. I remember the first batch of Hosepower from Ultimate nutrition. It was so bad I had to have a chaser just to get that taste out of my mouth but I used the whole tub.

LOL! I remember I tried Twin Labs liquid aminos a while back. I will never again drink that ****. It tainted my taste buds for 3 days. I now take pill form bcaa's LOL!

i tried to mix superpump with with V8 splash( cause the taste mmmm mmm)
didnt work lol. now i just mix it with water and hold my nose hahahaha :-)

You can mix it with said drink, just shake it instead of trying to stir it. I'm guessing that you tried to stir it, also mixing the Gun with your favorite drink isn't a bad idea to try and mask its fowl taste. However I suggest you give this stuff a go as the pumps from it are INSANE, and this coming from a man whos taken his fair share of supplements. Also on a side note the taste may be horrid, but hey if the product works I don't mind.

i don't even think NO shotgun taste that bad! i mix it with water.. drink it like it's Kool-aid OH YEAH!!!!! all the bsn products taste pretty good to me... except truemass protein!!!!! taste like ****!!!! muscle milk has gotten me spoiled!!

I have taken my last sample of NO Shotgun. This time in water. Again it clumped up again only worse then with the V8 splash. It resembled cottage cheese. So I got out my shaker and shook that thing for 20 seconds. AWWWWW it finally blended together. So I drink it and it reminds me of alka seltzer. It is nasty BUT tolerable. I only used half a packet because I don't know how it will affect me.

The last time I used it I felt a little tingle on the back of my neck. Probably the BA.

Looks like if I choose to by the can I will have to use the shaker. First I have to see what this stuff does if anything.

All powders you have to shake. Thats what blends them into your drink as you found out. Thanks for following up on the NO Shotgun. Always good to hear peoples reviews
