anyone know if its alright to take a prework out supp like superpump on a cutting cycle?? will that conflict with my cutting process and make me bigger?? right now m taking hydroxycut hardcore with omega complex and isopure for about 15 days. m seeing results already but cant decide if i should take a preworout supp or not coz i feel really weak in the gym even if i eat on a regular basis. and mind you m on a strict diet too. 5'7'' and weigh around 170 if that helps

preworkout is ok, I would get rid of the hydroxcut hardcore and get something worth taking like Lipo6X or Leviathan. Other members feel free to add your fav fat burners that work.

You should be OK. If your carbs are lower thats why your feeling week. Either try increasing carbs a little or the superpump should get you going.

I recently stopped taking preworkout supps with stimulants during my bulking. I actually think they might be better for a cutting cycle. They were suppressing my appetite like crazy. I wouldnt feel like eating much at all on workout days when i would take them. The stimulants probably help you to burn fat too.
Only bad thing I could think of is if they were to bloat you.

yeah I can definetly see that happening. Caffeine is a big appetite suppresant and some of these products have up to 300 mg per serving. Way to listen to your body bro.

It should be fine, if you bloat or anything of the sort- discontinue use if you'd like. Imo, seems fine.

true, right now I am cutting and trying to find everything in which will curb my appetite, since I eat between 5,000 - 6,000 calories a day when I am bulking and occasionally going up to 8,000-10,000 calories once a week and I go down to 3,000-3,500 calories a day to cut, my stomach is BIG!

the NO makes me carry a lil bit more water in my arms but i think it would be beneficial if it makes u train harder!! i'd just get off it like a lil bit before the end and do your same cutting routine and you'll prolly see that water storage go right away and it wouldn't have hampered your cutting cycle at all! especially if your doin a good amount of cardio!

preworkout supps are almost a most while on a cutting cycle and for anyone who doesnt like or just cant take or maybe even on a bulking cycle eat a small sweet potatoe 30 mins before workout yes its carbs but they are good carbs and will burn off by the time you get thru working out
