Hey guys im finishin off my current creatine (vitargo) and was lookin for sumthin that would go better if im cuttin. I came across this and have heard some good things but wanted to no if any1 had anything to say about it. Like if its bad good or if u have tried it and got reasults. Anything at all would b great thank you.

great results, definately one of the best creatines out there imo know soo many people who take it on a regular basis and just get amazing results from it! Definately give it a go, you will love it, different than all other types of creatine!

Well I havent actualy used it but I know a lot of satisfied people who like that product. Still a very young product. Well see in time how effective it is. But until otherwise proven, I would say go for it.

I am currenly taking KA. I have been doing so for about a year. I get my from Vitamin Shoppe for $20 a bottles. I can tell if I don't take enough water in my lower lip gets dry. I usually take 4 on a workout day. 2 in the morning and 2 before a workout. On off days I take 1 in the morning and 1 in the afternoon. I usually can tell a difference in the product within a few days. I thought about taking some micronized creatine with KA. Still thinking about that.

Yesterday I was reminded why I choose to use Kre Alkalyn pill vs the powder forms of any creatine. I happened to find a small packet of creatine from a particular company and it was grape flavored. I had to mix it with 10oz of water. So I did and as I drank it it was like drinking regular grape juice. You know how you feel like you are drinking alot of sugar? I also had to keep mixing it.

With Kre Alkalyn I do not have to worry about constantly mixing it. I just pop 2 pills and drink at least a tall glass of water. I do not have to keep stirring it and hold my nose. I

Yep, this was just a reminder to me again why I choose pills over powder for creatine. I know when I haven' t taken in enough water with KA because my lips get really dry.

i used to take it, switched over to mono got better results
