Ok so my dad is about 6'0 under alot of stress lately and he weights about 150. Im about 185 and my dad is jus to skinny. He cant seem to eat alot so im gna get him a weight gainer and make him drink the shakes so he can look good again. What is the best i have general idea just want to hear recomendations. He's fairly active so i beleive that the extra calories will be helpful in gaining a couple of pounds. Thanks

Well like the old saying says 'if you wanna be 10 lbs heavier, you have to eat 10 lb heavier'- Something like that. He's going to need to eat more if he wants to gain weight. A weight gainer is fine but he can't be drinking it 3-4 times a day! Very expensive.

I recommend ON Pro-Complex Gainer or CytoSport Cytogainer.

Do the best you can to get your dad to EAT, it may be hard but I'm sure he can do it, unless any health problems come into play.

Also, make sure he takes the weight gainer correctly and has a proper training routine.

In physics,

Substitution dictates:
Knowledge = Work / Money

Solve for Money which = Success:
Money = Success = Work / Knowledge

Thus, success is determined by the amount of work you put in so long as you maintain a certain level of knowledge :)

That's a lot, I'd probably take 3/4 the serving. I think all you need from a single shake tops is around 50. If that's still not enough protein, eat food. And some more food etc

Why is he stressed?

When I am under stress tend to sleep and eat less. If it's work related maybe he needs a new job or try and manage his stress better.
