I was wondering if I can take both this EFA supp (which I take on a daily basis) Bodybuilding.com - HFS The Total EFA - Meets Your Daily EFA Needs! On sale now! and also this fat burner Bodybuilding.com - MAN Vaporize - Don't Sleep! On sale now! due to the fact that the fat burner also has EFA's. Can I take both safely? I am not sure if you can take too many EFA's.

By the way I weigh about 160-165lbs if that matters. And I take the suggested 3 capsules of the Total EFA supp.

EFA' are Essential Fatty Acids your body needs them for strengthening the heart.. The other is a fat burner.. I don't believe they will affect each other..

How old are you ? Are you cutting? diet and cardo does the trick.. save your coin bro

I take the EFA's for my general health, but as the other has some included I am concerned as to whether or not I can take both safely at the same time. I am 18 and cutting. My Diet is good and I am a runner so I get my cardio daily (minus sunday). I would however like to speed up the process without any stimulants.

Therefore I would like to know if I can take both and not worry about taking TOO many EFA's
