Whey & Creatine: A hour
Before and
Directly after workout.
Whey: When ever else needed.
Superpump: like you said 30-45mins before workout.
BCAA: Morning, During workout, Before bed.(No need after because your whey contains BCAA's)
Fish/Flax: As directed on the bottles.
