My body comes to my room this morning and told me on payday he is going to go to the local GNC and by some NO Explod. I tell him dont go to GNC to get it look online if your going to get some of that. Any way I post this To see what everyone else has to say about this.

BtC, you seem to really love taking Superpump250. So you prob take it every workout, if you don't cycle it the effects of it would diminish. Just a suggestion because you talk about it a lot.

There is not much difference between NO products. Its all about personal preference man.

i love N.O. Explode. its great. i would highly recemend it. but just look it up online. its way cheaper than at GNC

Guys, GNC's pricers aren't TERRIBLE if you take advantage of the sales.

In an average Online supplement store I found N.O Explode to be $32-35.

GNC's sale price is $40, however, with a Gold Card it's 35.

Sorry but it's just everyones not ACTUALLY taking GNC into perspective with other stores. The employees just simply have no clue about their products. Yes, it may be a bit overpriced but Imo, not everything is.

It's meant to be cycled. So it's probably made so that you use that tub for one cycle then get another for the next. My reasoning for not taking NO, aside from the obvious.

I think it's a waste of money.

I personally don't think N.O is necessary. It makes you feel stronger but doesn't necessarily give you great gains.

Take your creatine with water. Creatine bonds with the water molecule so it's beneficial.

hey thanks man I ve taken creatine before and I ve never heard of it taken with milk or recommended or anything. I am not sure why I tried it but it definatly is not tastless unless you consider **** tastless. read that mixing creatine its a good article i knew all that already but thanks for the heads up just dont have anything else in the fridge to drink but milk and water. thanks for the info all and go head and call me a idiot for mixing with milk lol
