i just bought this product. (refreshing watermelon) any1tried this flavor? anyway, on the back it has suggested servings according to weight. i found this interesting and it says for me i need 4 damn scoops. my wallet just cant support that so, ne1 here just take 1 serving post workout?
Nice choice on the Xtend brother, if you haven't ever tried it then your in for a heavenly tasting supplement!! I recently picked up the deal of the 2 large tubs with a free smaller tub of orange over at Nutraplanet. But back to what you were saying, I have been seeing good results with only 3 scoops but I highly recommend you don't use 1 scoop as your more than likely not going to experience any of the effects of Xtend. Also my top 3 flavors in order are as follows Lemonade, Grape, and Orange just something to keep in mind.
