Haha watch the cap lock. Uh the reviews I've seen on these weren't too good.

I've heard BIG is good but tastes terrible.

i took big about three months ago in the pill form. didn't notice much if anything except the tryptophan and melatonin made me sleepy as hell. as far as no3, some people love it some hate it. its all about finding the N.O. product that works for you.

Current pb on:
bench- 335lbs no help
squat- 465lbs to the floor
current weight is down to 212lbs at just under 10% bf

i find BIG is a great ethyl ester product but as mentioned, tastes like shit. the first time i took it i almost gagged, now i would almost say i enjoy it

i think vassive no tastes the best out of all the nitric oxide products. if ur tired of nitric oxide supps, you might want to look into on's threshold
