I used it today! I was a lil kid when the pkg came in. Its so small. The scooper is the size of my thumbnail, so you really wouldn't have to mix it in anything. Just put it on your tounge and chase it with water and you're good to go.
i mixed a scoop with half water and half nitric force...yummy!
I felt a difference in my workouts. I was able to push out two more reps than my usual. This product works.

wow, sounds good, to me it sounds like a much better form of MT Gakic, I LOVE ON!!!! Might have to order myself some. Prudence is it flavored or unflavored? Also is it ok to mix it with NO products or protein?

it comes in fruit fusion and unflavored. i'm sure its ok to mix it with nitric oxide products because they both do different things. i mixed mine with nitric force. anything in moderation is ok to me. product may cause a tingling, but i didn't experience that.

Suggested Use:
Consume one serving first thing in the morning and a second serving approximately 30 minutes before your workout (or mid-afternoon on non-training days). Tips: The first few times that you use it, Threshold may cause a tingling sensation on your skin. With continued use, the intensity of the sensation will decrease or disappear. ON has one of the best reputations in the business. of course you wouldn't take my word for it because i'm partial to their products. ON has recently tested their #1 product in the newer flavors to prove their quality. not only do they test with a third party, they send the product to two different labs. they also test other brands and sometimes results come back with 1/2 of what is said to be in it. Optimum Nutrition is a company that takes their stuff seriously. sometimes, they may not be the cheapest (and def. won't be the most expensive), but at least you know what you're paying for.

also, i just want to warn you about "marketing." i've noticed that ON doesn't reword the obvious. they bacisally have a what you see is what you get type of approach. someone told me about "time- release" protein. i'm positive that "time-release" just meant "slow-digesting" protein. you just have to be informed, so you don't buy into marketing.

i dont, buy into marketing, i see what they are supposed to have and roll with it, if i get the results i like, then i use it, if not i dont care who made it, i wont use it again, marketing makes little difference haha im a philisophical kinda bloke.

i just wanted to update this thread and let you guys know how this product is working for me. for a while, i didn't know how this product was working for me. i didn't feel energy or any difference after taking the product. at first, me pushing out more reps was probably mental, me getting stronger, or feeling a pump.
i decided to try a shoulder workout w/o taking threshold. i noticed immediately that my recovery time was much longer than usual. my shoulders were so tired b/t sets. eureka! now i know what this product does to me. so, you really don't know what it does until you skip a dose.

Does threshold smell or taste bad? Ive got beta-alanie but from athletic edge, Its a good product but just the smell is terrible lol

i don't know how to answer this. its like asking if you'll depend on any supp. i'm sure you'll notice a difference in your workout when you cycle off of it.

their berry fusion tastes really good. its not like one of those energy drinks with extra flavor to cover up the bad taste. it's like an unflavored supp that they added a taste to...like scavation bcaa's.
they also have unflavored...no funky smell either.
