has anyone heard of 1-AD. and viroloid what are these and do they work. there are so many supps on the market

that depends. are you talking about the old 1-ad or the new 1-androsterone? as far as viraloid dont waste the time or money. also what are your stats. age, weight, height, what you plan to accomplish?

i am 33 250lbs 5'10" i am looking to cut i have got a good cardio routine but im confused on my nutrition still .
im looking for good sups to cut on. if i can gather the right info i will start mid january i hope to be done by may. not looking to hit a certain wieght but lean out. im thick in the mid section is my main prob. ANY help would be gr8t

most important thing is your diet. untill you have that right you will not be happy with the results you are getting. you can check out other people's diets in the nutrition forum. do a little research and if you still have any questions and one here will be glad to help you.

i've heard of them and the consensus is that they are a waste of money. No real good gains in anything, mostly just hype in marketing (following in MT's steps)

thanks for the feedback. i will look in the nutrition section to nail down my diet. ireally wanna get this proper diet worked out. that is my big fail point with my cutting so far

Viraload=garbage. 1-ad is great if you get the 1-androstadiene kind from S.W. Pharmatex that they don't make anymore but can stilll find on the internet. If your talking about the 1-ad that a company makes along with the 4-ad product I would not bother. It is very low dosed and you need alot of bottles to make any gains. Go to the DA forum and they talk about it there.
