Does Mixing NO Early Decrease Effect?

I leave early for work, and hit the gym on the way home. I mix my NO (No-Xplod, Nano-Vapor, etc.) in the morning and it sits in a gatorade bottle all day.

Is this diminishing the effectiveness at all? It still feels great when I hit the weights, but Im just wondering if I should put powder in a dry bottle and mix it right before. Anyone know anything about this?

ok bro i use no explode if i was you put it a dry bottle and 30mins before ya train mix it

Agree with both the above. Especially since it has creatine in it. You dont want creatine sitting in water for too long.

Yeah, I would deff. mix it then drink it right away.

Tastes like hell if you wait, plus with the creatine in it.
