It's not a supplement, but I call it a STRICT DIET.
Don't use supplements unless your diet is good. SUPPLEment, it is meant to supplement your diet, not BE your diet.
A good supplement stack:
Whey protein (Optimum Nutrition's
100% whey protein)
casein protein (Optimum's casein)
creatine monohydrate (any company)
BCAA's (Optimum BCAA 5000 is good)
general multi-vitamin (anything really)
You sound like you are a beginner, so don't use anything that has to do with hormones. You don't need it when you are starting out.
Don't fall for those stupid hyped items especially by MuscleTech.
