i just went through some research on the protein im using and im basically going to hock it out to a friend. i found its not that great. in fact im going to give it all to my friend soon as i get a new set of stuff to take.

how does this sound?
ON 100% Whey gold (twice a day 1pre/1post workout)
ON 100% Casein (before bed)
AST BCAA's
L-glutamine

i was taking eas premium whey from costco and muscle milk but i had little/slow gains and put on a good amount of fat

I would use both, creatine for strength and glutamine for recovery and to maintain muscle as well. Its a great stack I use constantly.

Agree. Keep the glutmaine. I would choose Creatine before Glutamine if it was 'if or' situation.

Stack looks good bro.

for bcaa and glutamine check out xtend by scivation. it has both in it and also leucine which will keep your body anabolic if you take it like your suppose too. great product and pretty cheap

creatine does help with strength, the reason i said swap the glutamine for creatine is because creatine is arguably the best supplement on the market and with your whey protein you get roughly 2-3g glutamine per scoop.
