I used to use that and I got it at costco too. It tastes really good, but doesn't mix well at all and has terribly high sugar I think 24 grams per serving. It also has high carbs and fat. Overall not a great product and I did not notice any significant gains at all while using it. The one thing it was good for was drinking before bed. If you can afford it get ON 100% whey protein. Its the best form of whey out there and not to expensive. Don't waste your money with EAS. If youve got any other questions PM me.

I've used it and liked it, only about 3 g carbs per serving, mixed nicely, tasted pretty good too. I still sometimes use it but personally I prefer to use ON

Eas is a good company and like many others i would prefer ON but when money is tight you cant beat the price of costco and sams eas whey. $30 for 6lbs=awsome price!

Tried it, it tasted pretty good, top tasting ones I've had. Imo, it wasn't much different than any other. Not to join the bandwagon lol but I prefer ON also, love their chocolate.

I bought that same 6lb bag at cost co. good deal except ill never buy it again, the cholesterol is incredible high. you take two servings and your already at your days limit. that one thing bodybuilders need to be more conscious of not just carbs and protein
