This is what im planning on doing. Wanted to no if there is anything I should add or do different. (Trying to cut)

Rite upon waking
-1 serving Vitargo creatine
-1 protein shake
-1 serving BCAAs
-Good multi vitamin

--Train--
-Protein shake

Mid day
-1 serving BCAAs

30mins before afternoon work out
-2 scoops NO Xplode
-1 serving Animal Pump

Right after Workout
-1 serving Vitargo creatine
-PRO NOS protein shake

+good diet

Haha i work a good amount and still just in highschool so dont have anything else to spend it on haha.

N.O supplements need to be cycled. So drop an N.O. and save it. Cycle the one you have and you won't need that high dosage.

Other than the NO product, I would suggest adding BCAA's to post work out.

hey man i would cut back on the creatine if your cutting, just because of the water retention. add an enzyme supp for better digestion of your fats that you take in...oh yea and was curious of body weight and what you want to cut to?

actually I've been talking to some people about creatine and cutting, and its actually ok to do it, just got to make sure you are staying hydrated enough when doing it. Talked with Bob from ON, lbj and orbit and others and it seems that its ok to do, like i said hydration is key.

Ok thanks. But wat is a good enzyme supp? And I currently weigh around 215 but i dont have a certain wieght that i want to cut down to i just want to try and get as define as i can and lean out around the mid section.
