Very true, but a lot of those sides come from not drinking enough water, which Im sure more than half the people using creatine make the same mistake.

with Diarrhea u just need plenty of fibre in ur diet and u wont get the runs.

120 oz. of water + should keep you away from the side effects. Could happen if taken like incorrectly or abused just like everything else

yeah, you can get those damages without taking creatine and not having enough water in your system, creatine just makes you more exposed to it thats all because of the water retention in the muscle.

all of these side effects can be easily avoided by using creatine ethyl ester rather than creatine monohydrate. although proper hydration is always important

#1 dehydration causes muscle cramping which is #4 side effect. just co signing every one else with the water drinking
