Anyone know anything about TRAC?

hey guys i started taking (TRAC EXTREME NO) I myself have not noticed any side effets or anything from taking it. it also gives me a really good pump during my workout. i was just wondering if there is anything i should know about. I mean i am only taking it before a workout abotu 4 times a week.

ps ive noticed my urination is lime green after i lift and drink it.

To me its a solid product without the stimulants. I had good pumps while using it.

i assume your talking about TRAC by MHP? if so in my opinion its a great pre w/o. gave me pretty descent pumps in the gym as well.

I didn't like it, didn't do anything for me, but what works for one person doesn't necessarily work for the next.

Pump were good, not the best though. Give it a try and see what you think.

agreed, I know some people who love it, but it just wasn't for me.

I know it contains hydrogenated oil, and I avoid hydrogenated oil whenever possible.

Hydrogenated oils = Trans fats
even if the nutrition facts say 0g trans fat, if there are hydrogenated or partially hydrogenated oils in the ingredients list, then there are trans fats.
