i'm getting designer whey and i was wondering what's a cheap slow digesting weight gainer is
my plan is to drink weight gainer in the morning whey after workout and weight gainer before bed

eh not so much, it does contain some slow digesting protein, but the carbs are very high on the GI (glycemic index for any noobs)

A great slow digesting weight gainer would be
SuperCARB..think really low GI sugar.

again the bulk of the carbohydrates come from Maltodextrin which has a GI rating of 105, I believe, SuperCARB is around 30.

So again, I would make my own gainer
SuperCARB+Oats+Protein blend (i like Ultra Peptide 2.0)

well if you really want something slow digesting drink a casein shake, like ON Casein. If you want a weightgainer chances are they are combinations of slow and fast which is what I am saying.
