well if you don't diet then your wasting your money! There is no miracle lose fat pill, if there were I would invest my money in it. Truth is you need to diet right, and do cardio, remember the word supplement, it means to supplement what you are doing already.
If your 205 and 20% bf that mean you probably are looking to drop at least 20lbs of fat to get into some decent shape, which means you are probably going to lose around 25lbs because you will inevitably lose some muscle as well, comes with the territory, sorry budd. So that should mean you should be looking to consume around 2300-2500 calories to cut weight safely and maintain as much muscle as possible. Here you are going to want to go with 50% of your calories from protein, 40% from carbs, and 10% from EFA's. If you want to take lipo 6x, there shouldn't be a problem, but don't waste your money if your not going to be serious about your diet. btw, what does your diet look like right now?
