Hi guys, I've been having a lot problems with my stomach and I feel bit sick often.. My parents keep bugging me about it is all the "supplements" I take.. Can it be true?

I take the following:

Creatine
BCAA
Fish Oil
Mulitvitamin
Protein 30+

Is this something thats just started recently? Or did it occur when you started taking a particular supplement?
It might just be a coincident and be from something else, but then again it could be a reaction to a supp. Give us a little more detail on when it started.

if you think its the supps that are causing the stomach problems, consider discontinuing them for a week or two. See if the stomach ache stops. If they don't get them checked out .

Well I don't think it's the sups because I had it before I started on them also, but it has become more frequently a little time after I started on the sups.

before you said that^^^ my guess would have been the creatine, however now that you've said that I think you should probably get it checked out if it's worrying you or getting in the way of things

I would get checked out. Its not likely its your supps seeing as you have had it before unless you are actually allergic to one of them. Geting checked should tell you either way.

Protein shakes sometime hurt my stomach, do you think it could be that?
