personally, superpump 250. Both taste like ****, although superpump 250 in bluerasberry is pretty good, but no shotgun doesn't fully disolve and tastes like **** and sand.

Equal. I prefer superpump because of the taste, still gross but better than Shotgun. IMO, Superpump 250
