just did a bicep workout and i couldnt even finish it cause my left forearm got this knot in it and last week i got one in my right forearm WTF!!! overtraing ?

ive been working hard for three year and im 17 , 5'11 , and weigh 195

are you stretching properly.Only thing I know of is maybe youre cramping up.Do you drink plenty of water.
