Hey im starting my Bulk on the 5th and i need a good prtoein Sup im in a small town and the only protein sups there are are Protein pills, Six Star whey and Whey exact am i wasting my time if i buy six star?

But anything is better than nothing.
ON is great.The real cheap brands are god aweful tasting and dont have the other essential stuff

It taste ok and make sure you buy it when its on sale.Dont let the sales person talk you into anything you dont want.

GNC's prices for ON aren't that bad either. If you have a gold card and you use it now it will be anywhere from $18-$25. Also if it's your last option- go for it.

Ide say if at all possible go with ON gold standard whey like the others are recommending.

It is just about the best concentrated whey on the market. Per gram of whey you get more protein then any other whey ive seen.

The Six Star stuff from Wallyworld would be ok if you just couldnt get anything else. Supposedly it has an amino acid, creatine mono, taurine, glutamine complex mixed in it. But its proprietary so who really knows and like I said ON is much cleaner and concentrated whey.

For a 2lb container your going to pay about the same for either ON or Six Star. So go with ON if you can.

if you can't get anything by you, def goto the gnc and get the ON 100% Gold Whey Standard. And like mentioned before if you use the gold card and goto the sales, you will be just fine. Good luck brotha!

GNC is way to expensive man. Just order the stuff of the internet. Believe me nothing bad will happen if u order from a website.
