best thing to take to help losing fat period...is a good solid diet and some cardio man. Theres no such thing as spot training or spot reduction, its a myth. Just watch your diet and hit the cardio, and you will see the fat fade away over time

actually my friend is currently using napalm and it a spot treatment. Its working for her, but you dont lose a lot of weight its like a little in that area. Still need a strict diet and cardio.

no supp ads here, if the OP has a lot of fat to lose, Napalm probably wont help much, and if his diet/training aren't on point it wont help at all.

However; if he has everything else set, and is having trouble with a problem area i.e. love handles, pooch, chest fat, etc Napalm can help.

There is a way to spot train, not a myth I've done it myself. Example, you can train your abs before you do your cardio, what this does it get the blood flowing in your stomach area (in your abs) and it helps move the fat in the stomach area as energy because of the increase in blood flow in that area. You will lose bodyfat all around and nothing will help if your diet isn't on, but you will notice a greater reduction in stomach fat doing it that way. If you want to lose it faster, and it takes dedication to do it this way, but wake up early drink 2 glasses of water and go do cardio for 45 minutes to an hour on an empty stomach. If you do some abs before that it will work really well also. The premesis on this is that you are using stored energy (fat) as your source of energy to power yourself though the cardio session, and I know this works, as it is I started cutting today and already did my first session of cardio this morning, and I will go back this afternoon to do my weight training program and then do another 15-20 minutes of cardio to burn up some more calories after my workout once the calorie stores are burned up from my workout.

If you believe in it enough then it must work. Just like religion.

Not that I "believe" in it, but it has worked for me and gave me good results, so it goes beyond believing.
