ON BCAA5000

L-Valine, L-Leucine and L-Isoleucine, optimum's bcaa5000 has all 3 bcaas in one serving, is that ok or do u guys take yours seperatly? when should i take the servings of bcaa5000? um.. the serving amounts are L-Valine 1.25g, L-Leucine2.5g and L-Isoleucine1.25, ive never used bcaa's never thought they were important, but after reading laynes sticky, i thought id give them a try, any advice guys?

that is what i use. i also use Scivation xtend which is better IMO. Most days i take some BCAA's when i wake up and some before bed. I use the xtend during the day.

You should take it anytime during the day where you'll be fasting such as when your in the upper limits of your meal timing, also anytime you think you may become catabolic such as long training sessions, cardio, road trips, classes, etc.. Hope that helps.

^^^Cosign, I actually take them at least 4 times a day. Breakfast, postworkout, dinner and before bed, sometimes I might get another serving in somewhere, but I aim for 4 servings a day.

i use ON bcaa's pre and post workout. i notce that when i forget to take it, i'm really sore. its one supplement i always take.

i also take extand during the day. I put it in my gallon of water and take it where ever i go. lol
