I'm cutting soon and plan to add CLA to my supplements do I take it on an empty stomach like fat burners or with my meals like my multi and fish oil?? also, I have a banana with breakfast every morning are blueberries okay for the bodybuilding diet? could I have a small bowl with my breakfast in the morning or night time to switch it up a little? thanks a lot !
You should take CLA 1 hour before meals but I found that it dosnt realy matter. I use the NOW CLA and its pretty effective. I take 3 pills before cardio in the morning, then 3 pills before dinner time. When it comes to eating fruits for your contest I dont know. I like to add bannas and melon into my daily diet but I dont do contest so Im not to much help there.
