does anyone know about IRON-TEK Essential Creatine Monohydrate? if youve got any info on it please let me know, i got it for christmas and i wanted to know some about it before i started using it

Creatine Monohydrate is all the same.

look at the creatine thread, only thing different about this one would be price, name and packaging.
