ya no problem. Im not sure if it does both, from what i read it bosts what you are doing, it has alot of BCAA's like valine, leucine, iso leucine, glutamines and like a page load lol, but if youre bulking it will help or if your cutting it will help, im not sure though. ill get back to you on that, im gonna take it in about 20 mins and go workout. Ill see how it works.
