I'm taking caspule type creatine product. My question is how you cycle your Creatine intake? It mean how long (how many weeks) you will take your Creatine and then stop for how long? Someone said the best method is 3 weeks on then one week off. But other people said 4 to 5 weeks on then two weeks off. Who is correct and what are you doing for this?

I usually cycle creatine for 8 weeks on 4 weeks off. That is what works best for me, you want to make sure you give creatine ample time to get into your system and do its job. Give it a good run and then stop when its about to start losing effectivness (around 8 weeks).

Btw, what capsule creatine are you taking and what kind of creatine is it? Monohydrate or ethyl ester? Brand name also please.

Before I use Universal and now I switch to White Knight. Both are Creatine Monohydrate capsule

I've been doing 4weeks on 4 weeks off. You gotta try different cycling methods to see what works best for you. Normally whatever is said on the bottle usually works just fine.

I cycled 3 weeks on 1 week off, worked for me well.

Everyone reacts differently on it, its up to you. Seems good, I know that a couple of my friends take SciFit KreAkaline (or however its spelled) and LOVE it, great gains good strength. I have also taken the Gaspari SizeOn tabs and they seemed to work really well, although I will say I think that the drink version of SizeOn worked better.

I have it in my possession now.. I just back from my elbow injury THG. I'm not on my stack as of yet.

My buddy at the gym I go to, highly recommended it.. He was very enthusiastic about how it worked.

thats ok, yeah my friends rave about it, so my next creatine will probably be it also. But that won't be for a few months since I am cutting right now and want to get nice a tight before I get into anything.

I'm cutting down at the moment myself.. Light weight, high reps and my diet is low calorie and 50 - 60 minutes of cardo every night..

I am currently around 240lbs and plan on dropping about 30lbs of fat and gaining around 10lbs of muscle, so I should come in around 220lbs at around 5-7% bf. I am also taking Leviathan by Palo Alto Labs, which is going to speed up the process and increase my natural test levels which should help me with the gaining muscle part. What about you, what are your stats and what are you aiming to get down to and are you going to be taking anything?

I'm 5' 7" at a weight of 175.6... I have not gotten my bf% measured, I go by how my cloths feel.. I will see how I feel and look at the 5 and 10 lb marks. I have maintained my weight since pre / post surgery..

That alone tells me I have learned something..

true, I am around 15% bf right now, and 6'5", so I should tighten up nicely if calculations are right and I do everything right.

Legs are my weak point since I am so tall, so I am still trying to add mass to them while I am cutting down, I will always train my legs for mass gain until they catch up to the rest of my body.
