I take Anabolic O.D. from Muscle Asylum as my creatine, the directions say to only take on days you workout and only after you workout, which I do (4 times per week), should I cycle it?

just like all supplements you should cycle it so that you don't lose the effect of it, when your done with your cycle of it, take a month off before you start again.

Btw, let us know how you do on it, a lot of people don't know much about it and def are not wild about the price of it. Please post gains, feelings, taste, etc...

Its not sugared up like CEll Tech is, way to much sugar! It is better than Cell Mass, and it is nice that you only need to take it on workout days, but in considering it works as well as the creatines that I have had to take everyday it is better than Phosphagen HP, Cell Mass, Cell Tech, when considering that in the equation. It doesnt taste half bad either. It is expensive but I dont care about that if the product does well.

Agreed. Any company that has to make such ridiculous claims about its products is probably producing junk.

basically any brand that makes plain monohydrate. It's up to you how much you want to spend on it, I just got Nature's Best, 200 servings for $20. ON is always a safe bet too

Plain creatine monohydrate is pretty much going to be the same thing from brand to brand. Buy a reputable brand, but don't expect to see a difference between one brand's creatine monohydrate and another brand's creatine monohydrate.

Extremely. If you're not sure, consider the prices.

CellMass Average: $40-$60
Creatine Monohydrate Average: $9-$15

With money not being an object, still monohydrate.

God yes, will work better, much cheaper, and won't contain all the added sugar and crap that cell mass has. No contest in my opinion.

As THG said, whatever you drink it with is really up to you, just make sure that you are getting your simple carbs within an hour of lifting

You do not take simple carbs before lifting. You take complex.

OK got it, complex such as wheat bread, etc. before and fruit, gatorade and creatine after, etc. My lifts are 360 Bench, 405 Squat and 550 Deadlift, maybe by doing this stuff right Ill be able to improve on those quite a bit. I usually just lifted and drank protein and creatine after. Lots to learn still yet.

Dude, u bench 360? How much do you weigh?

Also, I'm surprised no one mentioned an ester creatine. It's generally regarded that an ester creatine is more expensive (money's no object) but does not hold the bloat factor that can be found in monohydrate. Try and ester creatine by a reputable brand but be warned, some are very expensive.

In the end, your results may vary; as will opinions regarding the best creatine/protein in any group of weightlifters.

I would just opt with creatine mono. CEE (atleast for me) does not do much. When I'm on mono, I take it pwo stacked with a pre-workout supp.
