Lipo 6X and another question

Does it only come in capsules?

Would it be alright if I take Lipo 6X, Creatine Mono, and Whey at the same time? Or is that a bad idea

From what i can find its only in pills. And i dont see why not, just follow the directions on the bottle and you will be fine. Also remember that diet is the key to weight loss and supp's are only there to aid.

The lipo is to be taken at certain times of the morning before comsuming food.. it needs time to break down and get into your blood stream..

Check your diet first your a young studdly character, lower your caloric intake and do cardo.. If your relaying on metobolism boosters to loose weight you need to check your diet first then decide later down the road on these supplements.

It's just my suggestion but I think other's will feel the same way.

at 15 you really shouldn't take any burners. you simply wouldn't need to. i suggest you stick to a good diet, do cardio 5 times a week for 45mins-1 hr each time. carry on takin your creatine & your whey.

if you really want to go with lipo 6X, i don't see you having any probs in stacking it with creatine or whey. just stay away from more caffeine & stimulants like red bull. in the morning you'll find you might get jitters within the first week or so, so keep your potassium levels steady by eating a few bananas throughout the day. aspirin may also be a good idea to take aswell. 75-100mg everyday will do

Lipo 6X, whey, and creatine together is a safe stack. Still, I agree that you're a little young to be using fat burners. I would stick with a clean diet and hard training.

my dad takes all the Nutrex stuff he says its pretty good but he has moved away from it now nad is taking T-BOMB 2

yeah and for others that like lipo-6 I have had a lot of people tell me they like the new lipo6-x. Its pretty much a stronger dosage per capsule but people like it. Just a FYI

I have taken lipo6x creatine and whey and didn't have a problem with it. Like mentioned by everyone first, get your diet down right and do cardio. The best time to do cardio if you can is in the morning when you wake up on an empty stomach (drink 2 glasses of water though to prevent dehydration). If your still not getting the results double check your diet, still no results try it out then. It is a strong supplement so just becareful. I had the best results when I took the lipo6x and did cardio in the am on the empty stomach with water. I am starting that cycle again but using a diff supp and adding a second cardio session after my workouts.
