There have been a lot of threads started asking which type of creatine to use, and virtually everyone on the board said to stick with mono whenever anyone brought up Creatine Ethyl Ester.
I've done serious supplementation with both now (meaning a purposeful effort to gain mass while maintaining proper diet and training) and can say without hesitation that
Mono is by far and away the best of the two. CEE worked well for me when I used it, but it doesn't even compare to the strength and weight gains I've gotten from mono.
So if you're thinking of supplementing with Creatine, do yourself a favor, ignore the hype that's out there, and start with simple monohydrate!
