There have been a lot of threads started asking which type of creatine to use, and virtually everyone on the board said to stick with mono whenever anyone brought up Creatine Ethyl Ester.

I've done serious supplementation with both now (meaning a purposeful effort to gain mass while maintaining proper diet and training) and can say without hesitation that Mono is by far and away the best of the two. CEE worked well for me when I used it, but it doesn't even compare to the strength and weight gains I've gotten from mono.

So if you're thinking of supplementing with Creatine, do yourself a favor, ignore the hype that's out there, and start with simple monohydrate!

Well i agree 100% with you man. The hype is ridiculous on Ethyl Ester also, enough for me to not want to take it. I stick with pure mono, cycled correctly, strength goes up.

I've also heard contradicting views on CEE. But with all of the good things said about Monohydrate, you can't go wrong

i again as usuall think its about preference and youre body. mine actually responds alot better too CEE. its just like any other supplement, different things for different people. but thats cool you know what actually works well for you. alot of people use so many supplements at once they really have no idea what it is thats actually working.

^^ I agree. I also think that there's so much hype out there that guys just go for whatever is being touted as the "best new creatine!" So rather than go with the most tried and true method, they try these other types of creatine and never know the benefit they could have gotten from Mono.

I tried CEE first, and got good results. But luckily I tried Mono as well and it was SIGNIFICANTLY better for me, but I never would have known that had I just stuck to CEE. I think people should start with mono first, see how it works, and go from there. Just my opinion of course.

I personally respond well to CEE, but the last time I tried mono was a while ago, maybe I will give it another try, but I didn't respond to it well the last time I did it, but that was also a few years ago. But like mentioned before everyone reacts differently to supps then everyone else.

Gaspari Size ON
SciFit Kre-Alkayn (or however its spelled, the purple pills)

I do also like ON Vassive CE, which like Gaspari SizeOn is a type of blended creatine. Honestly I think blended creatine is going take over, I know I love em'!
