it only has 18g but it's HELLA cheap
is it good if i get the rest of my protein from food? like drink 1 shake in the morning one after my workouts

1 in the morning upon wakeup, 1 pre wo, 1 post wo. designer is a cheap protein, if it says 18g per serving just add alittle more protein to equal 24 grams which is personally what i use each shake of mine. with your size i suggest you consume that much. and i finish off the night with a casein shake before bed.

You should be getting the majority of your protein from solid food anyway. Don't rely on powders too much. For the money, I think Designer Whey is a solid choice.
