is vitamin water a hoax? i myself believe it is but cant find some solid proof on any searches, your guys' thoughts?

the reason is, many people told me that you just piss the viatmins out but duno at all if its true, so thanks for your guys input. bcus i was thinking to myself why am i paying 2 bucks for colored water.

Read the bottles, they have some vitamins but it is full of sugar. Not something to replace regular water imo.

It's full of sugar (think Gatorade). It's probably okay after a work-out, but I would stay clear of it any other time of the day.
