the reason is, many people told me that you just piss the viatmins out but duno at all if its true, so thanks for your guys input. bcus i was thinking to myself why am i paying 2 bucks for colored water.

Read the bottles, they have some vitamins but it is full of sugar. Not something to replace regular water imo.

whats the sugar content, i thinks its high. why not just take a daily vitamin, eliminate unnessicary sugar

plus i wouldnt drink anything 50 cent started

It's full of sugar (think Gatorade). It's probably okay after a work-out, but I would stay clear of it any other time of the day.
