just bcus im skeptical.. are there brands that have no seal, (however ther was a sealsed for your protection thing under the cap but the cap wasnt sealed with plastic, ok to use?

I would air on the side of caution, because you don't know if something has been tampered with, if it were me I would take it back, but thats just me, I want to know its sealed properly and not fucked with.

Dome times there is no seal on the outside but on the inside there may be one that you have to break. Now sometimes when you take off the the cap the seal will com off as well on the inside of the cap. Did you check insitde the cap of the product?
