at this stage in your career, you should focus on your diet first and formost. You won't need supplements atm. give yourself about 12 months untill you even try supplements, untill then do as much research on bb=bodybuilding as you can. And welecome to the Dungeon.

YOU SHOULDNT BE TAKING NO-XPLODE NOW.

you body doesnt need it, you should have enough energy to work out 3 times a day, rofl.

at your age i had no problems with energy for getting a workout done.

perhaps some creatine mono will do you good, like everyone will tell you, diet well and you will get results, sleep 8 hours on traning days to allow muscle growth and recovery, casein protein is good b4 bed.

no alcohol, decreases gh levels when you sleep.

lol ur hooked, man that is funny, yeah after you workout with you you prolly will feel like never training without it, all you need is one scoop per workout but ok.

take it easy, too much caffein isnt good for you and if you take it at night you wont be able to sleep.

no-xplode is a creatine product and will bulk you up a bit.

Multivitamin
BCAA
EFA oils like flack seed Fish cod oil
Whey protein
Creatine should be fine.

Post your diet, post your routine. Supplements like multivitamins, bcaas and EFA oils will help to fill in the gaps that normal dieting can't always get to, but it's still vital that your diet be the support of everything.

Creatine will help assist in muscle growth, add some size from water weight (its not bad water weight) and it will add energy. Don't get into any prohoromones or hormone boosters, don't buy anything that will guarentee you large strength gains. Drink 1-2 gallons of water a day.

I didn't specifically mean water as a supplement, just general importance of intake.

your workouts shouldn't be more then an hour for a muscle group.

even 40 min per muscle groups is enough.

short breaks 30 sec to a min & a half max break per set.

Try not getting to dependent on supplements.
You want a good solid diet first. 132 at 5'9 is pretty skinny, I'm the same weight and I'm 5 inches shorter.
Reading is your friend, try to do as much of it as you can.

Eat 5-8 small meals evenly spread out a day. The amount of protein you want is 1-1.3 grams of it times your body weight.
Sooo, 130 x 1.2 is 156 grams of protein a day. Divide that by 7 is about 23 grams of protein. You should have about 20-25 grams of protein per meal.
As for supplements, listen to Thomas' advice.

ill post up tonight how much it affects it.

but your body apparently produces GH Natural growth hormone while you sleep, and yes alcohol decreases this, so thats why i do not drink alcohol.

The hormonal response to alcohol is detrimental to the production of our natural release of a hormone called growth hormone. Research has shown that as little as 1 glass (8-10 ounces) of alcohol consumed in the evening can reduce the nocturnal release of growth hormone by 63% and as much as 81% with the consumption of 2 glasses of alcohol (2). Growth hormone is known as the “hormone of youth” because it helps us retain muscle mass, decrease body fat, and increase longevity of life. Athletes are known for taking exogenous sources of GH to improve recovery and performance. Each time that you consume alcohol in the evening, you are lowering your natural release of growth hormone and decreasing your ability to burn fat, increase muscle and recover from exercise.

Alcohol is one of the worst things for bodybuilders to have. It reduces testosterone and blood androgen levels, interrupts the Krebs cycle, decreases insulin sensitivity, reduces cell calcification of nutrients and increases estrogen levels. Alcohol, especially beer, also contains empty calories that aren't much use to the body and doesn't give muscle tissue anything it needs to build on.

Stick to the basics, you don't need supplements right now. Like said, just eat good, train hard and cut out the crap. At age 15 your test levels are flying and trust me their are guys on here including myself wishing we had those levels again without the help of any supplementation. If you don't have a training partner, I would suggest you get one, one that has the same or similar goals and interest in lifting as you do, this way you have someone to push you and you to push back. I would also make sure you get into a routine and stick to it. A lot of the time you see people missing out on workouts and what not and then be like "why am I not growing" and its because they skipped a workout or 2.

Welcome to the Dungeon, whatever you need, just ask, we're all here to help!!!!

I train every day, but i have had to take the last couple of days off to study for finals. And i think right now i have about 3% body fat. Last time it was checked i had 2.7%. which it pretty low, so i eat as much as i can to build mass. because im not worried abour gaining fat.

Trust me, you are not 3% body fat, or anywhere near it.
Just because a person is skinny does not mean he/she has low body fat.

yea being below 3% is not likely at all. You might have very low bodyfat which it seems like but not below 3% cus you can only hold that for a short period of time def not walking around like that.

Proof that hard work grants success:
Postulate 1: Knowledge is Power
Postulate 2: Time is money
Postulate 3: Success is measure by wealth

In physics,
Power = Work / Time

Substitution dictates:
Knowledge = Work / Money

Solve for Money which = Success:
Money = Success = Work / Knowledge

Thus, success is determined by the amount of work you put in so long as you maintain a certain level of knowledge :)
